1.1 CAMBER WARRANTY POLICY:
All Camber products and accessories are covered by a manufacturer warranty and will only be applicable if the product is registered in our Website in the Register your product section within 72 hours of receiving the product. Please take a look of the below mentioned products and accessories for warranty coverage details.

1.2 CAMBER WARRANTY GUIDELINES
1.2.1 The Camber warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the Camber products only and is non-transferable.
1.2.2 The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product and is at the sole discretion of Camber.
1.2.3 The Original Proof of Purchase with the customer's name, date, address, and GST number of the seller is required for any warranty claims. Camber reserves the right to refuse to repair/service any product(s) in the absence of any of the above required to be presented for availing warranty services.
1.2.4 If the issue is not resolved over call or email, we will request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with the Camber customer service team for further inspection.
1.2.5 If our customer service team approves for a product replacement, you will have to send the product in a safe package with all its original accessories including the box or as agreed. In case a replacement is provided, it will be done with an equivalent condition device only, with or without packaging and accessories.
1.2.6 In both the above conditions (1.2.4 & 1.2.5), Camber will at no point be responsible for any loss or damage during transit when you self-ship your product to us.
1.2.7 Camber shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in Camber products.
1.2.8 Camber shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to usage of Camber products nor will be able to provide any repairs or replacement for such issues.
1.2.9 While Camber will make every effort to carry out repair at the earliest and dispatch it, we would like to make it clear that at any instance of the unavailability of spare parts or availability of a similar product, the specified time for replacement might extend and this shall be informed to the customer.
1.2.10 If any coloured internal or external components are to be replaced, there will be an effort to ensure that the shades match with the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, tints may vary from the customer's unit due to continuous usage of the unit. Any matching components changed at customer's request will be on a chargeable basis except the component replaced under warranty.
1.2.11 In case of product replacement within the warranty period, if the product is out of stock, an upgraded model of the equivalent price will be offered. The customer will not be eligible for a gift card or refund and warranty will continue as per previous product purchase date.
1.2.12 Repair/Replacement can be done only one time for any Camber Product (Applies to all purchases made on our website or through any other platform.)
1.3 Camber Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:
1.3.1 The product is not operated according to the instructions given in the instruction manual.
1.3.2 In case of any damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, water logging in the product, non-specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use, defects developed by due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God.
1.3.3 This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period (as determined by proof of purchase), even if the product is not in use during the warranty period for any reason.
1.3.4 Deterioration or peeling of the color of the product due to normal wear & tear or usage.
1.3.5 Issues pertaining to look & feel of the product, dim display under sunlight, low sound quality due to accumulation of dust or dirt.
