SHIPPING
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 2-3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Public holidays will be processed the next working day.
When can I expect the delivery of my product?
Once you receive the shipping confirmation, please allow 7 to 10 business days (based on your location) for your order to arrive. We are constantly working to get your order delivered as soon as possible.
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?
Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you need to change the address, please contact us at +91 880 766 7336 and your request will be considered only if the order is not processed yet.
WARRANTY
What does the warranty cover?
All Camber products and accessories are covered by a manufacturer warranty and will only be applicable if the product is registered in our Website in the Register your product section within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is the process for filing a warranty claim?

Will I be responsible for shipping costs when returning a product for warranty repair?
As we provide only repair/replacement service, in such case, if the product is under warranty; for which you have to courier the product to our address and you have to bear one side courier expenses as we don't provide door step service and we will send the repaired/replaced product to your address at our expenses.
How long will it take to repair or a product under warranty?
While Camber will make every effort to carry out repair at the earliest and dispatch it, we would like to make it clear that at any instance of the unavailability of spare parts or availability of a similar product, the specified time for replacement might extend and this shall be informed to the customer. ORDER RELATED
How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service (wecare@camber-life.com) before the order is dispatched. Kindly refer to the Cancellation Policy in our website.
What if the item I received is damaged?
If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and contact our Customer Service (wecare@camber-life.com) within 24 business hours from the time of delivery with your order ID. We will immediately dispatch a replacement product. Kindly refer to the Shipping Policy in our website.
What if the item I received is defective?
The customer can replace the product received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to the customer. Kindly refer to the Replacement & Return Policy in our website.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or whatsapp message from our customer support team which contains the shipping details. You can use the provided tracking ID to track your order and know the current status.
