Shipping Policy

2.1 CAMBER SHIPPING POLICY:

We understand that every Camber star who orders directly from our website (www.camber-life.com) are very eager to receive their Camber products as soon as possible and we do our best to make this happen. We offer FREE shipping on all orders placed on our website. ​

2.2 SHIPPING GUIDELINES:

2.2.1 Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

2.2.2 We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 2-3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

2.2.3 COD option has been disabled due to operational reasons.

2.2.4 Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2.2.5 To ensure that your order reaches you swiftly and safely, Camber uses only reputable courier partners.

2.2.6 Camber attempts to ship all items in a single order together, however, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

2.2.7 Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or Whatsapp message from our customer support team which contains the shipping details. You can use the provided tracking ID to track your order and know the current status.

2.2.8 Please allow 7 to 10 business days (based on your location) for your order to arrive.

2.2.9 If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and contact our Camber Customer Service (wecare@camber-life.com) within 24 business hours from the time of delivery with your order ID. We will immediately dispatch a replacement product.
