Replacement & Return Policy

3.1 CAMBER REPLACEMENT & RETURN POLICY:

​ 3.1.1 Camber does not offer a Return Policy once the product is delivered and opened by the Customer. ​

3.1.2 Replacement can be made if the customer establishes within 24 hours of receipt of the product that the product delivered has a physical damage.

​ 3.1.3 In case a product reflects technical issue, one can raise a replacement request within 7 days of the order delivery by emailing us at wecare@camber-life.com. A fresh replacement will be dispatched to the customer. This will be provided post physical examination of the returned product and if there is no issue found, same unit will be dispatched. ​

3.1.4 Wrong product received. (Note: Please refrain from breaking the seal and opening the product package) ​

3.1.5 Product received Dead-On-Arrival (DOA).

​ Under conditions 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 3.1.4 & 3.1.5, please ship the complete product back to us which will be communicated to you via email. The replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) needs to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product. ​

3.2 UNDER NO CONDITION WILL A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT BE PROVIDED FOR THE BELOW CIRCUMSTANCES: ​

3.2.1 The customer is not happy with the looks/sound of a defect-free product.

​ 3.2.2 Any electrical surge or any damage caused by the customer/user. ​

3.2.3 Any physical damage that is not notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. ​

3.3 CANCELLATION POLICY:

​ We strive to help our customers as much as possible and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy: ​

3.3.1 Cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and they have initiated the process of shipping them. ​

3.3.2 Cancellation requests will not be entertained after shipping your product and sending you the shipping details. ​

3.3.3 No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions.

(These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible) ​

3.3.4 No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been purchased on Pre-Orders.

​ 3.3.5 If the order cancellation is accepted by our Customer Service team, the amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days.

(Note: Camber is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banks, calamities or national holidays.) ​

3.4 PRODUCT PRICING:

​ 3.4.1 Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer. ​

3.4.2 Prices are subject to change without advance notice. ​

3.4.3 All prices on this web site are in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the banks applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instructions. ​

3.4.4 All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice. ​

3.4.5 Our products are liable for GST in India.
